Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dolv.ai ("Dolv.ai", "we", "us" or "our"), including the website at dolv.work and the application at app.dolv.work (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Dolv.ai is an AI command center for go-to-market teams that connects your tools, grounds AI in your company's knowledge, executes work you request, and measures outcomes — with a human in the loop. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others;
  • send spam, unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
  • use the Service to build a competing product, or resell it without our permission; or
  • use connected integrations in violation of those providers' terms.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the content, data and knowledge you provide or connect ("Your Content"). You grant Dolv.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process and use Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including grounding AI actions and producing outputs at your direction. You are responsible for having the rights needed to provide Your Content and to authorize the actions you ask Dolv.ai to take.

5. AI output & your responsibility

The Service uses AI, which can produce inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected results. AI output is provided for your review and does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving consequential actions (such as messages sent or records changed) and for the use of any output. Approval workflows are provided to keep you in control, but you remain accountable for what you authorize.

6. Third-party integrations

The Service lets you connect third-party tools. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. You authorize Dolv.ai to access and act within those tools according to the permissions you grant, and you can revoke access at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, the Dolv.ai name, logo and brand assets, is owned by Dolv.ai and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. The Dolv.ai brand assets may be used only in accordance with our brand guidelines.

8. Plans & fees

Some features may be offered free of charge and others on a paid basis. If you purchase a paid plan, the applicable fees, billing cycle and terms will be presented at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI output will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolv.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dolv.ai harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as content ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity) will survive.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Dolv.ai's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts there will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
