Subprocessors
Last updated: June 18, 2026
To deliver dolv we rely on a small set of third-party service providers ("subprocessors") that process customer data on our behalf. We use the minimum needed to run the product, and we hold each to confidentiality and security obligations. This page lists the current subprocessors, the purpose of each, and the category of data involved.
Current subprocessors
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data category | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deno Deploy (Deno Land Inc.) | Application hosting & edge serving | All application requests/responses in transit | Global edge (US-based provider) |
| Turso (Tursodatabase / ChiselStrike Inc.) | Managed libSQL database | Workspace data at rest (accounts, content, metrics) | US / configurable region |
| Polar Software Inc. | Payments & merchant of record | Billing contact (name, email) and payment data handled by Polar | US / EU |
| DeepSeek | Large language model for agent & AI features | Prompts and the content you ask dolv to generate or analyze | Model API provider |
| crawl4ai (hosted on Hugging Face Spaces) | Website crawling for knowledge ingestion | The public URLs you submit for crawling | US (Hugging Face) |
Integrations you connect
When you connect a tool (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, ad platforms, your CMS, etc.), dolv acts on your behalf through the access you grant via OAuth. Those providers are your chosen recipients/sources of data, not dolv subprocessors — you control them, and you can disconnect any of them at any time in Settings → Connections.
Changes
We will update this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes customer data. If you have an active subscription and want advance notice of changes, email privacy@dolv.work and we will add you to the notice list.
