Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dolv.ai ("Dolv.ai", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when you visit dolv.work or use the Dolv.ai application at app.dolv.work (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — your name, email address and authentication details when you sign in (including via third-party identity providers such as Google sign-in, which shares only your basic profile and email).
- Content & knowledge you provide — the company profile, playbooks, documents, website content and other knowledge you add so Dolv.ai can act on your behalf, plus the instructions and prompts you give it.
- Integration data — when you connect a tool, we access the data you authorize through that tool's OAuth scopes (for example email, calendar, analytics or CRM records) to read context and perform the actions you request.
- Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed and feature usage, collected to operate, secure and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, operate and maintain the Service and your account;
- let Dolv.ai execute the work you request and measure its outcomes;
- ground AI responses and actions in your company's context;
- secure the Service, prevent abuse and debug issues;
- communicate with you about the Service, including service notices; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content or knowledge you connect to train foundation models for unrelated third parties.
3. AI processing & grounding
Dolv.ai is "grounded": to answer and act, it sends relevant context (your prompts, selected knowledge and integration data) to large-language-model providers that process it to generate a response or perform a task. These providers act as our processors under contractual confidentiality and security terms. AI output can be imperfect — you remain in control through approval steps before consequential actions are taken.
4. Connected tools & integrations
Integrations are read-and-write: with your authorization Dolv.ai may read data from and take actions in tools such as Gmail and Google Workspace, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, LinkedIn, Microsoft Outlook and Teams, and WordPress. We request only the OAuth scopes needed for the features you use, and you can revoke access at any time from within Dolv.ai or from the provider's own security settings. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed:
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, infrastructure, AI model providers and analytics that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
- At your direction — with the third-party tools you connect, to perform the actions you ask Dolv.ai to take.
- Legal & safety — where required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Dolv.ai, our users or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.
6. Cookies & analytics
The marketing site uses minimal cookies/local storage (for example, to remember your light/dark theme preference). The application uses cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention is required by law. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit, scoped access controls and least-privilege integration permissions — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), these rights apply to you. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
10. International transfers
We and our subprocessors may process information in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by law.
11. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
